So far the drivers were had have been friendly and polite. As we prepaid via Agoda, don't have to worry about getting ripped off or making sure we have cash to pay on the day.

Great service, friendly driver The driver who collected us at Cancun airport was polite but I don't think he spoke much English. The driver who collected us from our hotel for the return journey to the airport was called Eddy. He was punctual, friendly and polite. In fact, he was great fun, almost like a tour guide, telling us about the area and other parts of Mexico. He made the journey a real pleasure.
