NZReset your Router The prompt reply was the most important. Thanks for that! In this case, I think the problem was beyond my control. I reset the router as instructed, but it seemed to fix itself a few hours later (overnight). Regardless, the issue was resolved quickly.

Even though the communication was via email, it appeared more like a live chat with the rep. These 5 stars are for the support team for understanding my request\query and acting so quickly on it. The request was further sent to the network team, hopefully, they can resolve it.

PTGreat service I've been using getflix for many years, the service is very useful for someone who travels and moves around often. The new VPN app is very user friendly and I've been able to add it to all my devices with ease including mobile, ipad, set top box, PC. Their customer service is responsive and helpful and their support pages cover set up of the service on all types of devices for ease of use.
