Twice Lucky The first call was answered by someone who couldn't resolve my problem and referred me to Apple to try to get resolve. After a very long consultation with an Apple rep I was told that the problem was with Pair. My second call to Pair was very productive and the problem was fixed within minutes by a representative that new exactly what the problem was.

The support staff at Pair is excellent The support staff at Pair is excellent! I called 4+ times while having some trouble setting up my Pair mailbox on a new mac. Each call was answered quickly with patient, knowledgable problem solvers on the other end.

Local issue --- not an issue with Pair I was having a weird issue with local Internet connectivity, apparently arising out of a new mesh Wifi installation. Some devices were able to gain access to some services without problems, but other services were inaccessible. The problem wasn't with Pair at all.
