GBLocal issue --- not an issue with Pair I was having a weird issue with local Internet connectivity, apparently arising out of a new mesh Wifi installation. Some devices were able to gain access to some services without problems, but other services were inaccessible. The problem wasn't with Pair at all.

CARapid, friendly, helpful, respectful response I asked for an explanation of the Purge Cache function on my website, why it took so long to take effect, and whether I needed to use it at all. Bruce from Technical Support gave me a really clear response and an answer to my questions, in a friendly and respectful way that didn't make me feel stupid for asking in the first place. Pair Support is just the best!

GBTech support at PAIR is the gold standard. Tech support at PAIR is the gold standard by which all online support should be judged. My wife and I each have our own businesses, and have been Pair clients longer than we can recall, more than 30 years. Tech keeps changing, and Pair is always there when we need it.

GBFast response and solution Had a problem with gmail users not receiving emails sent with Sendmail, Pair had a solution for us in just a few hours. Also gave a clear explanation of what was causing the problem, which is always helpful. Thanks guys!
