CATwice Lucky The first call was answered by someone who couldn't resolve my problem and referred me to Apple to try to get resolve. After a very long consultation with an Apple rep I was told that the problem was with Pair. My second call to Pair was very productive and the problem was fixed within minutes by a representative that new exactly what the problem was.

I got a super-fast response (even though it's Saturday) with the problem identified and easy step-by-step instructions to fix it. GBWe received an important email saying IMPORTANT DRIVE FULL We received an important email saying DRIVE FULL. We sent a return email and also followed up with a call. Matt A., picked up and was amazing, from his knowledge, his tone, his helpfullness, was great. Seems we only call when we are in need of assistance but what makes PairNetworks great is that we received in good time, a live tech person that knows about our server problem, he took his time and resolved this problem, but what is amazing is that we made the call at 10:30pm EST, and we have made calls as late as 4am EST and they fix this on our time. What a great service, and you must keep this 24 hour service as it's what makes Pair great, also the personel, and Matt A. Thank you as we are loyal 10+ years as a customer.
