After a very long consultation with an Apple rep I was told that the problem was with Pair. My second call to Pair was very productive and the problem was fixed within minutes by a representative that new exactly what the problem was.

My wife and I each have our own businesses, and have been Pair clients longer than we can recall, more than 30 years. Tech keeps changing, and Pair is always there when we need it.

GBI am SO PLEASED! I am SO PLEASED! I wrote with a problem that was absolutely perplexing us. I got a super-fast response (even though it's Saturday) with the problem identified and easy step-by-step instructions to fix it. It took me less than 10 minutes to solve something that we've been trying to figure out all day (I should have written sooner!). Highly recommended.
