I've been using Pair for 25 years now I've been using Pair for 25 years now. I run my business and hobby sites on pair, and I absolutely trust them implicitly. I came to write a review today because while cleaning up my old crap I inadvertently deleted the database that runs my business website. Catastrophic user error!!. Within an hour of calling, Mark had restored my database and my business website. Unbelievable service and super friendly to boot. Couldn't be happier.

Local issue --- not an issue with Pair I was having a weird issue with local Internet connectivity, apparently arising out of a new mesh Wifi installation. Some devices were able to gain access to some services without problems, but other services were inaccessible. The problem wasn't with Pair at all.

Really good experience with Pair Really good experience with Pair. Reliable. I'm an "amateur" for the last 20 years with the web but have many websites, some of them small businesses. Pair has always been patient and knowledgeable with managing my sites. The site itself is always stable. But when I can't figure something out tech support is great and I can call them at any hour.
