I ask a how-to question once or twice a year... I ask a how-to question once or twice a year (needless to say, sometimes the same question). Pair support always answers quickly and satisfactorily. Knowledgeable, helpful, on-point, courteous...all the right stuff. It was Ivan this time, thanks Ivan!

I love pair I love pair! Every time I get into something over my head, they help me, nicely! Answer questions, explain things, and hang in there until I'm good to go. And they do it FAST. Even on a Sunday. Today it was simply resetting my webmail password. Last month it was navigating the crzy hoops google has been making us jump through--and mine were crazier than most. They LOOKED at my specific situation before responding and gave me a carefully explained and tailored solution--which I was finally able to follow today--and it worked perfectly. Every time. This is how they do they do it. Best, most human tech support EVER. And I have like the second cheapest account you can possible have. 10 thumbs up! 👍

Account migration caused updating problems The website did not open correctly or weeks and we quickly needed some basic information and confirmation that the correct wording was used. Both Brad and Kurt responded quickly and helped the website to open properly. Now we have to add new data. Many thanks Joe Wagner The International Observer

Twice Lucky The first call was answered by someone who couldn't resolve my problem and referred me to Apple to try to get resolve. After a very long consultation with an Apple rep I was told that the problem was with Pair. My second call to Pair was very productive and the problem was fixed within minutes by a representative that new exactly what the problem was.

Gmail and Yahoo started bouncing mail Gmail and Yahoo started bouncing mail because they required DKIM and SPF records. Pair's instructions on how to fix the problem needed clarification, and Bruce provided that quickly. I needed more help though, because my site sends some mail using sendmail. Bruce got in touch with Pair experts and activated this feature for my site. He was helpful and kind, and solved my problem.
