Service At "hide.me" I subscribed to hide.me to protect myself from hackers and after downloading the software my internet started to slowdown, gets interrupted, and my web browser changed language. I submitted a service request explaining my issues. The same day I received an email from Nathan with step-by-step solution and screenshot attached. The problem was each time I turn on my internet the VPN was sendinge me to different countries where the language is local and my other virus protection was conflicting with the nwe software. Nathan was great responding to my initial request and did a follow-up to make sure I was satisfied with the solution. This is a good example of service. I apriciate all the followup email from employees at hide.me VPN.

The best VPN. I have used Hide.me for a number of years and have been very pleased with its performance and the technical support service. They have never failed me with their fast and excellent support. It’s always been accurate and on point. They rescue me quickly with outstanding knowledge on my Mac. I highly recommended it for its speed, security and its timely customer support to everyone who asks for the best VPN.

As of this writing After a year, and as of this writing, I have two negative observations. It takes longer to connect than before. I don't know the cause or of any changes made. Connecting once was less than 1/2 the current buffering time. And sometimes (not often) I cannot get a connection at all, even after changing protocols or choosing different locations. Tweaking settings just doesn't help. So, I contact support to let them know, and wait 1-3 days for the matter to fix itself (most times), while I use a backup VPN during the occurrence, rather than pointless troubleshooting. [contacted support about the matter Mar-Apr 2023 and Mar 2024] However, overall, it functions well most of the time, and support is superb. I've tried several other VPNs (free and paid versions) and like this one the most. I like this VPN so well that I subscribed for 27 months, as of Apr 2023.

If I already need more features from VPN, then I will choose this particular application with a paid subscription. On top of that, it is easy to use and install.
