Service At "hide.me" I subscribed to hide.me to protect myself from hackers and after downloading the software my internet started to slowdown, gets interrupted, and my web browser changed language. I submitted a service request explaining my issues. The same day I received an email from Nathan with step-by-step solution and screenshot attached. The problem was each time I turn on my internet the VPN was sendinge me to different countries where the language is local and my other virus protection was conflicting with the nwe software. Nathan was great responding to my initial request and did a follow-up to make sure I was satisfied with the solution. This is a good example of service. I apriciate all the followup email from employees at hide.me VPN.

Secure and reliable service with great customer service. Have been using this VPN for many months now. Very reliable. Did run into a technical issue throughout my ownership of the service but that wasn’t Hide.me’s fault. Something else on my PC caused Hide.me to stop working as intended. I reached out to support and they responded very swiftly with step-by-step instructions to fix the issue. Highly recommend. Very fast and secure.

Best Overall VPN Been using since 2/8/22. After testing several vpn's over the years I can confidently say this is probably the one of best vpn ive used for torrenting and gaming and speeds are excellent and one of the only few vpns supporting IPv6. Had issues still streaming on some streaming sties but since other than that no complaints also I do not recommend buying this vpn for streaming only. Also the only free vpn I would recommend. Probably the most underrated and under marketed vpn out there with most other vpns are owned by the same company or using seckty marketing and also having fake/paid reviews and terrible sites like vpnmentor most of these sities are part of an affiliate program recommending these sites so you sign up and say there the best so they get paid. This app has a free version This app has a free version. If you do not need much from VPN, then the creators of this application treat you like a human being. If I already need more features from VPN, then I will choose this particular application with a paid subscription. On top of that, it is easy to use and install.
