Mageworx - Great Products, Great Support! Mageworx's SEO products are a staple for any site wishing to promote itself on search engines (as every site must). The products themselves are great and full-featured. And what really stands out is their level of support - both through their Chat function, and through their email. They are thorough, relentless, friendly, knowledgeable and committed to getting clients all the way through to the solution.

Awesome Support! Thanks, Mageworx Support! Had some case where I needed to transfer our extension licenses to another Mageworx Account. They instantly helped me via support chat, then forwarded me to their email support and even after a small error on my side, they did support me once again. Of course without hesitating!

Best Support Wrote a review last September regarding their excellent support during Magento 2 migration and installation. And recently we got some issues with some shipping rules, which we thought was a bug or something. We submitted a ticket, and Artur responded promptly and handle my ticket smoothly. And their tech team finally resolved our issue without a hassle at all, and it turns out that it is only a misconfiguration of rules' setting that I have missed. So thank you so much for the support. 100% recommending Mageworx.

One of the best our there for your Magento project I could not remember how long we're working together with Mageworx. Seems like a decade :) We've met through their excellent Magento extensions like SEO Ultimate, Shipping Suite, and others. They've proven their skills back then and we've started to use their development and upgrade service for our Magento sites. Helped us to upgrade from M1 to M2 and since then they keep support us monthly with our minor and major requests. Mageworx is one of those excellent team out there if you need help with your Magento project. We're lucky to have such a team behind our services. Well done guys! Excellent service!
