Best customer support I needed to find a fast and reliable hosting solution that was affordable. We spent 3 years trying to figure out why we kept getting such slow speed grades; we redid the site, dns, images, css clean-up, YOU NAME IT we spent tons of money and every time - not the best results - turns out, it was our old HOST - absolutely NOT fast nor conducive for WP site contrary to their claims and a tech person confirmed this by cloning our site on Rocket.net - it was incredible, went from 76 to 100 in a second with their load time!!! Beyond fast and superb support I literally don't know what happened. One day I was at Kinsta (not that speedy as they say, really have a lot of limitations) and in 30min our huge WooCommerce site with 70k products where switched. Immeddietly we went from 2 greens in Google PageSpeed Insights to 4 of them. Our site is crazy fast right now and their support really goes beyond anything I've seen.
