We spent 3 years trying to figure out why we kept getting such slow speed grades; we redid the site, dns, images, css clean-up, YOU NAME IT we spent tons of money and every time - not the best results - turns out, it was our old HOST - absolutely NOT fast nor conducive for WP site contrary to their claims and a tech person confirmed this by cloning our site on Rocket.net - it was incredible, went from 76 to 100 in a second with their load time!!! Also, they are extremely well priced for all that you get and their customer support is amazing - like on the spot top notch pros. We couldn't be happier!!!!

Best customer support I needed to find a fast and reliable hosting solution that was affordable. After researching Rocket, it seemed like a good choice away from the hefty prices of some other providers. We moved from Kinsta to Rocket last week. I had questions about site security and Cloudflare, so I contacted Rocket support. We had an instant response, and the support has been exceptional. I can't remember a company being so helpful which has put my mind to rest and lets me get on with running my business. Awesome Platform / Amazing Customer Support I recently switched from Bluehost to Rocket.net, and I wish I'd been here from the beginning. The support has been amazing. The platform is ridiculously good and really delivers on speed, security, stability and usability. The term "managed WordPress" gets thrown around a lot, but what Rocket.net really sets the bar for what Managed WordPress should be. I'd strongly recommend Rocket.net to anyone looking for good WordPress hosting, or to anyone who's current hosting is (literally) keeping them up at night.

Excellent Speed, Support and Price! I've been a rocket.net user for about 8 months now and have to say they're one of the best hosting providers I've ever been with if not the best. 3 main reasons: 1. Speed 2. Support 3. Price I've noticed an immediate performance improvement in my core web vitals when migrating over from other hosting platforms. It was almost embarrassing with other providers and in fact am still SMH that I did not switch sooner. Regarding their support, Ben and his team have helped me numerous times with any issues that came up. During a weekend? No problem. Late hours? no problem. They're support team is on the ball and help whenever possible. By far the best support team I've encountered with hosting providers. Oh and the price is much cheaper than I anticipated for what I'm getting. I'm building a portfolio of websites and don't think I'll ever be using another provider.

Good, but not amazing It's fast, secure, and robust. 4 stars for the hosting platform. 1 star deducted because of over-promises than what they deliver, and very slow fixing of bugs in the control panel (A tab was wrongly named and I reported it a few months back. They still have not renamed it. It's just as simple as renaming it).
