Awesome Platform / Amazing Customer Support I recently switched from Bluehost to Rocket.net, and I wish I'd been here from the beginning. The support has been amazing. The platform is ridiculously good and really delivers on speed, security, stability and usability. The term "managed WordPress" gets thrown around a lot, but what Rocket.net really sets the bar for what Managed WordPress should be. I'd strongly recommend Rocket.net to anyone looking for good WordPress hosting, or to anyone who's current hosting is (literally) keeping them up at night.

Best customer support I needed to find a fast and reliable hosting solution that was affordable. After researching Rocket, it seemed like a good choice away from the hefty prices of some other providers. We moved from Kinsta to Rocket last week. I had questions about site security and Cloudflare, so I contacted Rocket support. We had an instant response, and the support has been exceptional. I can't remember a company being so helpful which has put my mind to rest and lets me get on with running my business. Good, but not amazing It's fast, secure, and robust. 4 stars for the hosting platform. 1 star deducted because of over-promises than what they deliver, and very slow fixing of bugs in the control panel (A tab was wrongly named and I reported it a few months back. They still have not renamed it. It's just as simple as renaming it).

I thought I knew what a fast website was... I thought I knew what a fast website was. I was wrong. In the past three years I moved from Wordpress.com to Kinsta to Digital Ocean and have now landed on Rocket.net. My website's speed is crazy fast but I am equally impressed with the support. I've had tickets anserwed by Ben who pilots the rocket. If there was one area for improvement, I'd say the Control Panel for managing your sites looks a bit dated but I'd take the speed and support over a pretty UI any day of the week.
