We spent 3 years trying to figure out why we kept getting such slow speed grades; we redid the site, dns, images, css clean-up, YOU NAME IT we spent tons of money and every time - not the best results - turns out, it was our old HOST - absolutely NOT fast nor conducive for WP site contrary to their claims and a tech person confirmed this by cloning our site on Rocket.net - it was incredible, went from 76 to 100 in a second with their load time!!! Also, they are extremely well priced for all that you get and their customer support is amazing - like on the spot top notch pros. We couldn't be happier!!!!

Excellent Speed, Support and Price! I've been a rocket.net user for about 8 months now and have to say they're one of the best hosting providers I've ever been with if not the best. 3 main reasons: 1. Speed 2. Support 3. Price I've noticed an immediate performance improvement in my core web vitals when migrating over from other hosting platforms. It was almost embarrassing with other providers and in fact am still SMH that I did not switch sooner. Regarding their support, Ben and his team have helped me numerous times with any issues that came up. During a weekend? No problem. Late hours? no problem. They're support team is on the ball and help whenever possible. By far the best support team I've encountered with hosting providers. Oh and the price is much cheaper than I anticipated for what I'm getting. I'm building a portfolio of websites and don't think I'll ever be using another provider.

Beyond fast and superb support I literally don't know what happened. One day I was at Kinsta (not that speedy as they say, really have a lot of limitations) and in 30min our huge WooCommerce site with 70k products where switched. Immeddietly we went from 2 greens in Google PageSpeed Insights to 4 of them. Our site is crazy fast right now and their support really goes beyond anything I've seen. Also generating our products actually works right now, it didn't at Kinsta. Rocket.net for every wordpress business!

Moved everything from Kinsta to Rocket! Amazing service from the Rocket team. Always online to answer questions very quickly by chat. Team with a lot of knowledge about Wordpress. Used Kinsta before, they are unable to cache the checkout pages and but due to limitation of PHP workers the site still are really slow during big product launches. After moving to Rocket.net this limitation is completely removed. The website can now easly handle 40 orders per minute, where on Kinsta it was maxed out at about 4 orders per minute. Also Ben and his team are really helpfull if things are not going as they should be. They saved one of the biggest product launches of our client!

Good, but not amazing It's fast, secure, and robust. 4 stars for the hosting platform. 1 star deducted because of over-promises than what they deliver, and very slow fixing of bugs in the control panel (A tab was wrongly named and I reported it a few months back. They still have not renamed it. It's just as simple as renaming it).
