I thought I knew what a fast website was... I thought I knew what a fast website was. I was wrong. In the past three years I moved from Wordpress.com to Kinsta to Digital Ocean and have now landed on Rocket.net. My website's speed is crazy fast but I am equally impressed with the support. I've had tickets anserwed by Ben who pilots the rocket. If there was one area for improvement, I'd say the Control Panel for managing your sites looks a bit dated but I'd take the speed and support over a pretty UI any day of the week.

Moved everything from Kinsta to Rocket! Amazing service from the Rocket team. Always online to answer questions very quickly by chat. Team with a lot of knowledge about Wordpress. Used Kinsta before, they are unable to cache the checkout pages and but due to limitation of PHP workers the site still are really slow during big product launches. After moving to Rocket.net this limitation is completely removed. The website can now easly handle 40 orders per minute, where on Kinsta it was maxed out at about 4 orders per minute. Also Ben and his team are really helpfull if things are not going as they should be. They saved one of the biggest product launches of our client!

Best host I've ever seen - SO FAST I was on expensive WP ENGINE hosting + paid Cloudflare add-ons like ARGO and APO, paying $600 per month... I moved to rocket.net for $166 per month and automatically saw an increase in page speed of around 800ms on all my sites. Their support via live chat is fast and helpful, answering all the advanced questions that you may have. A big thank you for Ali Ahmed from the support team for his help during my initial setup and migration of 25 sites. The ist the fastest and best Managed Wordpress hosting in the world, even on some of my old sites with tons of plugins and Elementor the sites are super fast. Thanks!

Good, but not amazing It's fast, secure, and robust. 4 stars for the hosting platform. 1 star deducted because of over-promises than what they deliver, and very slow fixing of bugs in the control panel (A tab was wrongly named and I reported it a few months back. They still have not renamed it. It's just as simple as renaming it).

Beyond fast and superb support I literally don't know what happened. One day I was at Kinsta (not that speedy as they say, really have a lot of limitations) and in 30min our huge WooCommerce site with 70k products where switched. Immeddietly we went from 2 greens in Google PageSpeed Insights to 4 of them. Our site is crazy fast right now and their support really goes beyond anything I've seen. Also generating our products actually works right now, it didn't at Kinsta. Rocket.net for every wordpress business!
