Rocket.net is the absolute best in slot for Wordpress and Woocommerce In the roughly 2 years of using Rocket.net they have been an extreme joy to use along with being one of the only hosting providers that were actually able to make sure my rather large and complex site ran very stable! Thank you!

I thought I knew what a fast website was... I thought I knew what a fast website was. I was wrong. In the past three years I moved from Wordpress.com to Kinsta to Digital Ocean and have now landed on Rocket.net. My website's speed is crazy fast but I am equally impressed with the support. I've had tickets anserwed by Ben who pilots the rocket. If there was one area for improvement, I'd say the Control Panel for managing your sites looks a bit dated but I'd take the speed and support over a pretty UI any day of the week.

Excellent Speed, Support and Price! I've been a rocket.net user for about 8 months now and have to say they're one of the best hosting providers I've ever been with if not the best. 3 main reasons: 1. Speed 2. Support 3. Price I've noticed an immediate performance improvement in my core web vitals when migrating over from other hosting platforms. It was almost embarrassing with other providers and in fact am still SMH that I did not switch sooner. Regarding their support, Ben and his team have helped me numerous times with any issues that came up. During a weekend? No problem. Late hours? no problem. They're support team is on the ball and help whenever possible. By far the best support team I've encountered with hosting providers. Oh and the price is much cheaper than I anticipated for what I'm getting. I'm building a portfolio of websites and don't think I'll ever be using another provider.

One word. WOW Today finally made the switch from Digital Ocean to Rocket.net. Can't thank the support team D'Arcy, Faizaan & other I dealt with. Free migration of my 6 websites was done in just 1 hour. Speed has increased massively. Very happy with the services and support I receive from Rocket.net Don't think twice if you're having issues with your current wordpress hosting service. You will be surprised.

I have tried a lot of hosting providers… I have tried a lot of hosting providers over the years (WP Engine, Kinsta, Pagely...) and I have been very impressed with Rocket. I have a very international audience and the way they use Cloudflare Enterprise to serve pages means that my readers get much faster load times than they would with other hosts. There have been a few bugs with the control pannel but Ben was very quick to fix them and answered all my messages almost instantly. The only thing I miss compared to other managed WP hosts is the ability to reset staging sites and push backups to staging but I was told these features are coming soon.
