Best customer support I needed to find a fast and reliable hosting solution that was affordable. After researching Rocket, it seemed like a good choice away from the hefty prices of some other providers. We moved from Kinsta to Rocket last week. Happy customer here Happy customer here! 👏 Struggled with page speed for years. I've tried it all from WP plugins to VPS, to a more expensive VPS, nothing ever really made much of a difference. Switched to Rocket and instantly my page speed scores 2x because Rocket put me on a regional server close to my location. Migration is a breeze, too. Highly recommended.

I have tried a lot of hosting providers… I have tried a lot of hosting providers over the years (WP Engine, Kinsta, Pagely...) and I have been very impressed with Rocket. I have a very international audience and the way they use Cloudflare Enterprise to serve pages means that my readers get much faster load times than they would with other hosts. There have been a few bugs with the control pannel but Ben was very quick to fix them and answered all my messages almost instantly. The only thing I miss compared to other managed WP hosts is the ability to reset staging sites and push backups to staging but I was told these features are coming soon.

Awesome Platform / Amazing Customer Support I recently switched from Bluehost to Rocket.net, and I wish I'd been here from the beginning. The support has been amazing. The platform is ridiculously good and really delivers on speed, security, stability and usability. The term "managed WordPress" gets thrown around a lot, but what Rocket.net really sets the bar for what Managed WordPress should be. I'd strongly recommend Rocket.net to anyone looking for good WordPress hosting, or to anyone who's current hosting is (literally) keeping them up at night.
