In the past three years I moved from Wordpress.com to Kinsta to Digital Ocean and have now landed on Rocket.net. My website's speed is crazy fast but I am equally impressed with the support. I've had tickets anserwed by Ben who pilots the rocket. If there was one area for improvement, I'd say the Control Panel for managing your sites looks a bit dated but I'd take the speed and support over a pretty UI any day of the week.
