shockhosting is a quality but also good value web host ive used web hosting since about 1998/99 although my disabilities impact me a lot in this area, but i found shock hosting in web hosting talk last year sometime and ive never regretted it. its been so simple and clear to use and im always recomending it to anyone i know. fantastic loading times, reliable uptime you can relie on, cpanel and the softaculous script available to name but a few. shock hosting sorted out the recent server issue so quickly that i bet a lot of people never even realised there was any downtime. i will most definately be renewing for a second year.

Problem resolved! I initially gave them a one star. But I can say they have worked hard to fix the problem and have resolved my issue. They did it all in the same day. The best! Really, the support is amazing and fast. When needed, they explain everything. I'm so happy I chose Shock Hosting, after my last Webhosting closed their doors. The migration was excellent! So I came over to these guys after Arch announced their closure So I came over to these guys after Arch closure, all I can say is fantastic. Got a great deal, went up to their unlimited plan as my Wife's Ecommerce site keeps growing. Tickets I open for help are all answered the same day, all questions given clarity and understanding the way that they answer. Overall 1000% better than Arch ever were and being in UK having a server here my site loads much faster!!
