Awesome support I've been with a few hosting companies over the past 15 years but so far have to say these are the best by far. Very quick with help, writing replies without jargon (I'm not very technical), and smooth migration.

Support and service second to none Been with these guys for a long while now and i can't fault them. Very fast servers, great UI for interacting with the server etc When ever i have an issue they are quick and helpful even when an app on wordpress may be creating errors they offer to collaborate with the developers to sort out! Looks pretty good so far Looks pretty good so far. Was looking for free speech friendly host and the support staff was understanding of my use case and so far the vps holds strong. Price is a bit on the pricier side, would've been nice if price was down by a dollar or 2. Otherwise an excellent service.

I've been with ShockHosting for roughly… I've been with ShockHosting for roughly 5 years now and I feel that i'm longer overdue a review of their services. I've been using them mainly to host my client(s) community radio station, along with the odd VPS server and other site(s) here and there when needed. Over those past 5 years, I don't think i've experienced one ounce of downtime and support has always been second to none. Their prices have gone up this past year due to the cPanel inflation but is still just about within my pricing range thanks to the 50% discount they still provide and i'll hopefully purchase 2-3 more services in the upcoming weeks. Here's to another 5 more years.
