Support Lacking Trying since the 22 April to sort out why I have to Reauthorise my fixed IP. Despite many attempts to contact via email and message from the website. Support staff seemingly cant read more than one line of an email at once. Service does work but not usable if I have to log into the website every 10 minutes. As I had a fixed IP I expected an easy fix.

Catch-up abroad The service is reasonably priced and works very well for watching geo blocked catch-up abroad. If it's, very rarely, not working, they've got a quick response support team solving it.
