FRWe’ve been using SmartDNS for over a… We’ve been using SmartDNS for over a year now and performance has been great. We had a problem recently that was referred to level 2 engineers after initial local fixes made no difference. Issue was resolved overnight and all is back to normal now. Great service.

GBSupport Lacking Trying since the 22 April to sort out why I have to Reauthorise my fixed IP. Despite many attempts to contact via email and message from the website. Support staff seemingly cant read more than one line of an email at once. Service does work but not usable if I have to log into the website every 10 minutes. As I had a fixed IP I expected an easy fix.

FRHave been using SmartDNSProxy for many years Have been using SmartDNSProxy for a few years for Geo Blocked IP TV. It has worked seamlessly until a few days ago when there was an issue with two Apps. I contacted the support service and within a short time they had updated their networks to resolve the problem. Five star support and am back now with all my favourite channels. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
