CAGreat product, reliable, cheap, superb support Great product that is so much more reliable (and cheaper) for streaming content via my LG TV than a VPN like ExpressVPN or NordVPN which I used to subscribe to. Great customer support any day of the week with prompt service plus good feedback during incidents. Occasionally content providers blocks these kinds of services (BBC iPlayer particularly) but the team at SmartDNS always got me back viewing again quickly on the few outages I have had. I am genuinely really impressed with these guys.

GBSupport Lacking Trying since the 22 April to sort out why I have to Reauthorise my fixed IP. Despite many attempts to contact via email and message from the website. Support staff seemingly cant read more than one line of an email at once. Service does work but not usable if I have to log into the website every 10 minutes. As I had a fixed IP I expected an easy fix.

DECatch-up abroad The service is reasonably priced and works very well for watching geo blocked catch-up abroad. If it's, very rarely, not working, they've got a quick response support team solving it.

MSGreat response time on Support Great response time on Support, Reply from an actual person within 30 minutes. After the usual turn it off and on again they actually came up with a suggestion that worked, so I am a happy customer!
