ATSupport came quickly and was helpful I had a small problem with the plugin in Photoshop. The support was very fast and helpful. All in all I'm very happy with Luminar Neo, it helps me to create nice, impressive pictures.

DELuminar Neo is Beta Software I have owned Luminar Neo for 2 years. Mostly because I want to use AI functions, as well as Lightroom functions, but I don't want to pay money for them every month Unfortunately, I've had problems with the program over and over again for the last 2 years. Catalogs don't load properly or not at all, there are problems with Onedrive, the AI functions like upscale... just don't work for me (or only very rarely). In addition, since the Ukraine war, the Luminar logo was, in my opinion, damn ugly and bothered me, luckily that's better now. Luminar Neo has felt like it has been in beta since its release, poor performance and non-functional features are the order of the day. Unfortunately, the idea of a good, subscription-based image editing program hasn't worked out yet, but I still hope for good updates and improvements in the future

BEProblems Luminar Neo as a plugin after the last update After the last update of Luminar Neo I had some problems opening the plugin in Photoshop and Lightroom. I received a quick response to my request for help. I had to reinstall and uninstall several times following the instructions, but it all worked out in the end. Every question was responded quickly, friendly and efficiently, even in the weekends and late in the evening. Thank you!

CAI have a 2-seat licence I have a 2-seat licence. One for my desktop computer (main use), one for my laptop (used occasionally when travelling). I recently discovered I couldn't load the extensions and generative tools on the laptop. I sent a request for assistance, and it was provided promptly, and the problem was solved. It did show up late in my inbox, but that was operator error. I didn't check the spam folder. oops.. ;) Thanks so much for the quick response!!

GBCustomer service went above and beyond… Customer service went above and beyond helping me solve some issues I was having getting the software to work properly on my computer because of how my computer was configured. I emailed them, and Volodymyr responded quickly and stayed with me via email until everything was working correctly. In today's world, this level of service is certainly deserving of compliment and a showing of appreciation. Thank you for all of the help. Oh yes, I absolutely love the software too and highly recommend it!!
