USI just couldn't get my Neo to connect… I just couldn't get my Neo to connect with PS after the new upgrade. Did all the normal stuff. But immediately that I contacted help desk, they emailed the instructions. I would have never figured that out and it worked!

CYLatest update Tried unsuccessfully to open Neo for latest update. Contacted help asking for advice. They sent back a list of instructions to try and open the programme. Being elderly couldn't understand half the technicalities and said so. Received reply telling me to uninstall and re-install. Started to follow the simplified instructions when 'update' flashed onto the screen.Clicked on to it and voila it all happened and I was able to open and use the updated software. Very prompt replies to my queries.

DELuminar Neo is Beta Software I have owned Luminar Neo for 2 years. Mostly because I want to use AI functions, as well as Lightroom functions, but I don't want to pay money for them every month Unfortunately, I've had problems with the program over and over again for the last 2 years. Catalogs don't load properly or not at all, there are problems with Onedrive, the AI functions like upscale... just don't work for me (or only very rarely). In addition, since the Ukraine war, the Luminar logo was, in my opinion, damn ugly and bothered me, luckily that's better now. Luminar Neo has felt like it has been in beta since its release, poor performance and non-functional features are the order of the day. Unfortunately, the idea of a good, subscription-based image editing program hasn't worked out yet, but I still hope for good updates and improvements in the future

USCustomer service went above and beyond… Customer service went above and beyond helping me solve some issues I was having getting the software to work properly on my computer because of how my computer was configured. I emailed them, and Volodymyr responded quickly and stayed with me via email until everything was working correctly. In today's world, this level of service is certainly deserving of compliment and a showing of appreciation. Thank you for all of the help. Oh yes, I absolutely love the software too and highly recommend it!!
