FRTechnical staff won't let you down. After working great and sometimes bugs, I can rely on the technical staff that will respond to my demands quite fast ( faster than me anyway).

GBCustomer service went above and beyond… Customer service went above and beyond helping me solve some issues I was having getting the software to work properly on my computer because of how my computer was configured. I emailed them, and Volodymyr responded quickly and stayed with me via email until everything was working correctly. In today's world, this level of service is certainly deserving of compliment and a showing of appreciation. Thank you for all of the help. Oh yes, I absolutely love the software too and highly recommend it!!
