GBI have worked in the web development… I have worked in the web development field since 2000, and I have not found support this fast and quality in this entire time until I ran into WPMU. This is my final stop for hosting, they are the whole package.

SKI had two tickets opened with so called… I had two tickets opened with so called premium support but this is embrassing really. They dont read tickets, they do exact same things on website you did before. First they tell you to install MU plugin than they say it is not "MU plugin" but " Classic plugin" after that i gave them acess to my dev website guess what they did " tried to install mu plugin" which i installed before and didnt solve anything. They are like looped bots without advanced technical knowledge. You ask them something they respond with totally different answers. I had TWO problems both are not even close to solution and they dont even act that they would have a clue. I am not programmer but technical knowledge of these guys is very cheap for a subscription premium service i am really disappointed.
