When I ever I have an issue When I ever I have an issue, there always seems to be a rep instantly available on live chat. They are always able to help me resolve issues. Their wordpress hosting is rock solid, and I have never had any malware issues on their platform, unlike other hosting companies. The value when you add up all their premium plugins, WAF and CDN is quite incredible. Recommended

I had two tickets opened with so called… I had two tickets opened with so called premium support but this is embrassing really. They dont read tickets, they do exact same things on website you did before. First they tell you to install MU plugin than they say it is not "MU plugin" but " Classic plugin" after that i gave them acess to my dev website guess what they did " tried to install mu plugin" which i installed before and didnt solve anything. They are like looped bots without advanced technical knowledge. You ask them something they respond with totally different answers. I had TWO problems both are not even close to solution and they dont even act that they would have a clue. I am not programmer but technical knowledge of these guys is very cheap for a subscription premium service i am really disappointed.
