ITA bad experience A bad experience. I hope it doesn't happen to you as well. My domain was set to expire on January 24th. On the morning of January 24th, I placed a renewal order on the website, made the payment, and received confirmation that it had been renewed. On January 25th, they opened a ticket stating that I should have renewed it by January 23rd at 11:59 PM. They have taken away my domain and put it up for auction! My ticket number is 101CM-362328. I am providing it in case they try to claim that this review is not true.

In my experience the folks have only been reading a script. I had a vexing issue with an expiring premium domain with another registrar. Corey not only understood the issue, but anticipated my questions and knew FAR more about what was going on that anything I've found over countless hours of searching online that I've been doing.
