Depth of Knowledge Hi, I'm writing today to specifically tell you about your agent Corey K I've registered domains for years and with many companies. In my experience the folks have only been reading a script. I had a vexing issue with an expiring premium domain with another registrar. Corey not only understood the issue, but anticipated my questions and knew FAR more about what was going on that anything I've found over countless hours of searching online that I've been doing. And, FAR more than any other registrar I'd been in touch with in the past few days. Of course, this is what all chats should be doing, but this standout service is not replicated in any other hosting service that I use...which means I will now consider using 101 more often in the future! Excellent support. I am very impressed with the support received from Marcelo. I've worked with him twice over the last week. He's courteous and very knowledgeable. He even called me instead of working through a chat to make it easier. Registrars are a dime a dozen. It's the service that makes one stand out above the others.
