A bad experience A bad experience. I hope it doesn't happen to you as well. My domain was set to expire on January 24th. On the morning of January 24th, I placed a renewal order on the website, made the payment, and received confirmation that it had been renewed. On January 25th, they opened a ticket stating that I should have renewed it by January 23rd at 11:59 PM. They have taken away my domain and put it up for auction! My ticket number is 101CM-362328. I am providing it in case they try to claim that this review is not true.

In my experience the folks have only been reading a script. I had a vexing issue with an expiring premium domain with another registrar.
