Of course, this is what all chats should be doing, but this standout service is not replicated in any other hosting service that I use...which means I will now consider using 101 more often in the future! Excellent support. I am very impressed with the support received from Marcelo. I've worked with him twice over the last week. He's courteous and very knowledgeable. He even called me instead of working through a chat to make it easier. Registrars are a dime a dozen. It's the service that makes one stand out above the others.
