AUWhat a great service from the chat… What a great service from the chat room...instant connection with Kevin B, immediate understanding of the issue and then verification that it had been resolved and no further action was needed. Of course, this is what all chats should be doing, but this standout service is not replicated in any other hosting service that I use...which means I will now consider using 101 more often in the future! Funny how that works.. ;-]

BRWe had a bit of a complicated issue… We had a bit of a complicated issue regarding account login. It was super urgent as we had a domain which had not been renewed and a former colleague who wad created the account and who had left the company without a proper handover.
