AUWhat a great service from the chat… What a great service from the chat room...instant connection with Kevin B, immediate understanding of the issue and then verification that it had been resolved and no further action was needed. Of course, this is what all chats should be doing, but this standout service is not replicated in any other hosting service that I use...which means I will now consider using 101 more often in the future!
