Quick Support Had some problems filtering out the number slider values in the notification email that were 0. I struggles making my own filter for a while, but eventually broke down and asked support. They replied in less than 2 hours and pointed me in the right direction with some example code. Very helpful and fast

Good (but bloated) Product - Customer Service POOR The product itself is fine. The customer support people are nice - but their customer service is horrible. You cannot reach anyone by telephone. Their auto-renewal is EXTREMELY frustrating. The initial billing is about 50% of the "normal" billing and then they start hounding you with renewal messages. They will tell you they can give you a "partial refund" if you go ahead and renew at the "normal" price rather than just offering an appropriate price up front. Frankly, I like their product. I think their "normal" pricing is about 1/3 higher than it should be - and evidently so do they if they are willing to give you a "partial refund" if you renew. It feels a bit like the company is being run by folks who really love developing software - but don't like to focus on the nuts and bolts of true customer satisfaction/service. Full disclosure - I'm trying to cancel my latest purchase as I write this and I will never get involved with the company again. It was several days of hassle that was unnecessary if they just had clear and customer-centric processes, information, and support. They've lost this customer for good.

Makes Our Site Professional We have a number of forms on our site with the output of each form handled differently. Some go to Google Sheets + email, one goes only to email, one stores data on the host. WPForms made this easy to accomplish. WPForms makes our site look so professional! It allowed us to customize the forms to match our site template, including adding helpful icons (customizable colors) in the forms. There was hardly a learning curve, since it is a drag and drop interface. If I don’t understand something, the document is very complete and easy to understand. When I was stuck, the Tech help was super helpful and so quick to respond. I could have called and gotten immediate help, but I used the contact form and my problem was fixed in just over an hour. The more I use WPForms, the more I appreciate all the work put into it, with its many bells and whistles! And the Tech Support can’t be beat!
