Innago makes property management easier! Innago makes it easy for me to track rents, tenants, and leases. If rent or another invoice is not logged as paid in Innago then I get a notification, along with the tenant. If leases are coming due then I get a notifications. You can set notifications up for specific things. I like that I can create and sign electronic leases and other documents in Innago. It is hard to think of any cons about Innago.

I love using Innago I love using Innago, it has helped streamline our business and cut down on the amount of paper and back and forth that we had to do before we started using the program. We love that our clients can pay directly in the program and it passes the fee to them and we get our full rental payment. You can also upload your own lease with your branding and set it up for signing and filling out so it makes everything painless and paperless.

This company is freaking awesome This company is freaking awesome! Not only is their software very robust but it's FREE for landlords. Yes you heard me correct, it's FREE. It is an all-encompassing property management software that handles tenant maintenance requests, rent payments, communications, electronic leases, and much much more. Great job Innago!

Innago has been the best asset as a new… Innago has been the best asset as a new landlord. I had no idea what to expect when I first purchased my rental property and Innago walked me through all of the steps needed for success. From their invoicing system, payment processing and maintenance portal, they have made the entire process very easy!

Great tool for small scale property owner I own and manage about 20 units of residential rental property and looked at many options to take online payments. I decided on Innago because the price was good for all the features. After using it for just over a year, I'm very happy with the features that I use - online payment, signing leases online, and taking applications online. There was a bit of a learning curve but the support from Innago is very good whenever I had a question.
