Great idea - improvements needed The idea of Memorygeam is truly amazing. I love receiving written stories from my parents. However, the user experience of this product is not great. I have provided my feedback to the company and they have been very responsive and explained that there are many great improvements being worked on. I'm really looking forward to benefiting from these improvements as I think this will improve the value for money spent. I also appreciated the prompt response and dedication to improvement.
