GBGrandmother passed away. Update: Staff has issued me a refund and offered to switch the current membership to a new family member. They were very communicative and wanted to make things right. Grandmother passed about 1 month into the purchase - we hadn't been able to answer a single question, let alone print any physical copy. I asked for a refund, if they needed evidence, or anything, and they refused. I would have figured a company in this "area" would be better suited to dealing with these situations. Edit: to their response below - I have responded to their emails. They told me it is within their policy to issue a refund in this situation. Yet, they have not issued a refund to me. They want me to change or delete my review - I said, I would consider that if they issued the refund to me.

NLGreat idea - improvements needed The idea of Memorygeam is truly amazing. I love receiving written stories from my parents. However, the user experience of this product is not great. I have provided my feedback to the company and they have been very responsive and explained that there are many great improvements being worked on. I'm really looking forward to benefiting from these improvements as I think this will improve the value for money spent. I also appreciated the prompt response and dedication to improvement. I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 and hope to increase it in the near future.

GBA Spark of Creativity for Writers As a writer, I often struggle to find inspiration for new projects. The platform became an unexpected source of creativity. The process of crafting my memoir unearthed forgotten stories and reignited my passion for storytelling. The platform's flexibility allowed me to weave in poems, short stories, and even song lyrics alongside traditional prose. In the end, my custom book wasn't just a memoir; it was a springboard for future creative endeavors.

GBSharing My Story with the World As a writer, I've always been passionate about storytelling. But creating a physical book can be expensive and time-consuming. They offered a cost-effective solution that allowed me to write my memoir and share it with the world. Highly recommended!

GBMore Than Memories, It's Emotions Memorygram goes beyond capturing memories; it allows you to capture emotions. With their user-friendly interface, I could easily add descriptions, quotes, and even song snippets to evoke the feelings associated with each memory. The finished custom book is a beautiful tapestry of emotions.
