A Gift for the Future My wife and I are expecting our first child soon. To commemorate this special time, we decided to create a memory book documenting our journey to parenthood. The finished custom book is a beautiful keepsake that we'll treasure forever, and it will be a wonderful gift to share with our child when they grow up.

Sharing My Story with the World As a writer, I've always been passionate about storytelling. But creating a physical book can be expensive and time-consuming. They offered a cost-effective solution that allowed me to write my memoir and share it with the world. Highly recommended!

A Source of Comfort in Difficult Times After losing my spouse, I felt lost and adrift. To cope with the grief, I decided to create a Memorygram memoir about our life together. It was a cathartic experience, allowing me to revisit cherished memories and celebrate our love story. It became a source of comfort and a reminder of the beautiful life we shared.

Grandmother passed away. Update: Staff has issued me a refund and offered to switch the current membership to a new family member. They were very communicative and wanted to make things right. Grandmother passed about 1 month into the purchase - we hadn't been able to answer a single question, let alone print any physical copy. I asked for a refund, if they needed evidence, or anything, and they refused. I would have figured a company in this "area" would be better suited to dealing with these situations. Edit: to their response below - I have responded to their emails. They told me it is within their policy to issue a refund in this situation. Yet, they have not issued a refund to me. They want me to change or delete my review - I said, I would consider that if they issued the refund to me.
