Grandmother passed away. Update: Staff has issued me a refund and offered to switch the current membership to a new family member. They were very communicative and wanted to make things right. Grandmother passed about 1 month into the purchase - we hadn't been able to answer a single question, let alone print any physical copy. I asked for a refund, if they needed evidence, or anything, and they refused. I would have figured a company in this "area" would be better suited to dealing with these situations. Edit: to their response below - I have responded to their emails. They told me it is within their policy to issue a refund in this situation. Yet, they have not issued a refund to me. They want me to change or delete my review - I said, I would consider that if they issued the refund to me.

Leaving a Legacy for My Children With their platform, I was able to create a custom book filled with stories, photos, and even voice recordings. Highly recommended!

Great idea - improvements needed The idea of Memorygeam is truly amazing. I love receiving written stories from my parents. However, the user experience of this product is not great. I have provided my feedback to the company and they have been very responsive and explained that there are many great improvements being worked on. I'm really looking forward to benefiting from these improvements as I think this will improve the value for money spent. I also appreciated the prompt response and dedication to improvement. I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 and hope to increase it in the near future.

A Source of Comfort in Difficult Times After losing my spouse, I felt lost and adrift. To cope with the grief, I decided to create a Memorygram memoir about our life together. It was a cathartic experience, allowing me to revisit cherished memories and celebrate our love story. It became a source of comfort and a reminder of the beautiful life we shared.
