I have provided my feedback to the company and they have been very responsive and explained that there are many great improvements being worked on. I'm really looking forward to benefiting from these improvements as I think this will improve the value for money spent. I also appreciated the prompt response and dedication to improvement. I am changing my review from 1 star to 3 and hope to increase it in the near future.
