GBGreat Application, Great Service Logic manager is a comprehensive ERM tool. But no matter if you only need certain features, or the full comprehensive suite of capabilities, both the application and their service SME’s have been excellent. Years ago, we demo’ed at least four applications, with wide ranges in price and functionality and we chose LM. We have been pleased and believe we made the right decision.

Taylor is my primary contact person and she is very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. She has gone over and beyond to incorporate functionality per my requested requirements. Both Taylor and Sheila are very knowlegeable about the functionality of Logic Manager. This knowlege enables them to provide excellent customer support and service. After using it for the past 6 months, it lives up to the rating! The 2 Analysts that we were assigned (Courtney and Annie) are fantastic and no matter how many times we pester them, they have helped and made this whole process a lot easier. I have recommended LogicManager to other Security Officers and will continue to do so.
