GBGreat service and tool The ability to customize the tool to your needs and having your own analyst that understands your operations, has been one of the best vendor experiences. Online training tools could use some more enhancements to assist self taught users, but overall I would recommend this tool. My analyst has been hands and I've pulled him in several directions.

Have been very receptive for additional responsibilities we want to add to the tool and finding a place in the tool to make it work. Always willing to answer our questions. GBMolds to your needs! Logic Manager has the ability to be molded to the needs of its users. We have requested changes and workflow methods. Our Service rep is a hands on kind of guy. Quick to response and always finds a solution. Great product that offers a wide range of tools.
