After using it for the past 6 months, it lives up to the rating! The 2 Analysts that we were assigned (Courtney and Annie) are fantastic and no matter how many times we pester them, they have helped and made this whole process a lot easier. I have recommended LogicManager to other Security Officers and will continue to do so.

GBGreat service and tool The ability to customize the tool to your needs and having your own analyst that understands your operations, has been one of the best vendor experiences. Online training tools could use some more enhancements to assist self taught users, but overall I would recommend this tool. My analyst has been hands and I've pulled him in several directions.
