GBGreat service and tool The ability to customize the tool to your needs and having your own analyst that understands your operations, has been one of the best vendor experiences. Online training tools could use some more enhancements to assist self taught users, but overall I would recommend this tool. My analyst has been hands and I've pulled him in several directions.

They provide a lot of flexibility with automating existing workflows/processes and their dedicated Advisory Analyst are always there to help.
