Great Application, Great Service Logic manager is a comprehensive ERM tool. But no matter if you only need certain features, or the full comprehensive suite of capabilities, both the application and their service SME’s have been excellent. Years ago, we demo’ed at least four applications, with wide ranges in price and functionality and we chose LM. We have been pleased and believe we made the right decision.

Unmatched Customer Support and Feature Rich Products! The product is excellent, the customer service is unmatched, and they really listen and react to customer feedback. They are truly one of the best vendors I have ever worked with.

Kudos! We are still in the initial phase and haven't rolled out the program yet. But, so far we are happy with the progress we've made and look forward to moving our audit program from manual to automated. Kudos to Courtney and Anne for all the help they've provided so far! :)

LoginManager - one of the best on the market!… When we started looking and vetting a risk management software to rollout for our Risk Management process Logic Manager was the best we saw. After using it for the past 6 months, it lives up to the rating! The 2 Analysts that we were assigned (Courtney and Annie) are fantastic and no matter how many times we pester them, they have helped and made this whole process a lot easier. I have recommended LogicManager to other Security Officers and will continue to do so.

Logic Manager provides excellent functionality and customer support! It's been a pleasure to work with Taylor and Sheila from Logic Manager. Taylor is my primary contact person and she is very helpful and responsive to all of my questions. She has gone over and beyond to incorporate functionality per my requested requirements. Both Taylor and Sheila are very knowlegeable about the functionality of Logic Manager. This knowlege enables them to provide excellent customer support and service. I'm very excited about the progress that has been made to incorporate requested functionality into Logic Manager within the last 6 months and look forward to working with Logic Manager to continue to mature and automate our Risk Management program.
