Both Taylor and Sheila are very knowlegeable about the functionality of Logic Manager. This knowlege enables them to provide excellent customer support and service. GBGreat Application, Great Service Logic manager is a comprehensive ERM tool. But no matter if you only need certain features, or the full comprehensive suite of capabilities, both the application and their service SME’s have been excellent. Years ago, we demo’ed at least four applications, with wide ranges in price and functionality and we chose LM. We have been pleased and believe we made the right decision.
