GBGreat service and tool The ability to customize the tool to your needs and having your own analyst that understands your operations, has been one of the best vendor experiences. Online training tools could use some more enhancements to assist self taught users, but overall I would recommend this tool. My analyst has been hands and I've pulled him in several directions.

Have been very receptive for additional responsibilities we want to add to the tool and finding a place in the tool to make it work. Always willing to answer our questions. Implementation is on target.
