Customer service is amazing and tech… Customer service is amazing and tech support is on top of it! Was a long time Kajabi user who is much happier with FreshLearn. Teachable I migrated to FreshLearn from teachable, and I have been so impressed with the very fast responsiveness on any questions that come up for me, from payments, to email setup, to technical issues. The platform is still growing and there are occasionally bugs that show up, but the team is very quick to resolve them and provide solutions. Rahul, Raghu and the other members of the support team are great and friendly to work with, and they genuinely want to make the experience as smooth as possible for users. I can definitely recommend this platform and I expect to see it only get better with time.

FreshLearn support is great! We recently migrated our courses to FreshLearn and the support is great. So far the support people I've worked with are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful via chat, Google meets, and email 24/7. The platform is also easy to navigate and fully integrated to make marketing the course a simple process.
