USFreshLearn support is great! We recently migrated our courses to FreshLearn and the support is great. So far the support people I've worked with are knowledgeable, professional, and helpful via chat, Google meets, and email 24/7. The platform is also easy to navigate and fully integrated to make marketing the course a simple process.

USI am so disappointed by this company I am so disappointed by this company. They promised live support but failed to say it is only based on their time zone which was basically while I slept. They have very limited automations. Just be aware that you get what you pay off. Trust me I know the price is enticing but the headache that can ensue from moving to this platform is not worth it
