What a great experience! What a great experience!! FreshLearn customer support is the best. They are so helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Teachable I migrated to FreshLearn from teachable, and I have been so impressed with the very fast responsiveness on any questions that come up for me, from payments, to email setup, to technical issues. The platform is still growing and there are occasionally bugs that show up, but the team is very quick to resolve them and provide solutions. Rahul, Raghu and the other members of the support team are great and friendly to work with, and they genuinely want to make the experience as smooth as possible for users. I can definitely recommend this platform and I expect to see it only get better with time.
