GBTotally Worth It "IT" support I got this to fix an error code and ended up being so happy to get advanced support for a little more - totally worth it. Only transferred ONCE, tech support was extremely adept and found multiple issues including a Trojan that slipped past my Avast. They fixed everything and I have months of support all in one place. Couldn't be more pleased.

GBI was struggling to use Microsoft Mail I was struggling to use Microsoft Mail, but kept getting an error message (0x8019019a) which I couldn't fix. GBI was having problems with my PC with… I was having problems with my PC with outdated software and conflicts with different softwares I was trying to use. I downloaded PC Utilities and they found problems that I had to pay more to get an IT person to check out and fix. They fixed everything that I needed and I appreciate the time and effort that they showed in fixing my problem. Thanks to all at PCUtilities for all that you have done for this old man.

GBSending scans through email I had been having problems attaching my scans to be sent through email on my PC. My PC Utilities tech analyzed my problem - I had my email configured incorrectly through a mail app. They set everything up in Outlook and now it works perfect! I highly recommend them!
