program quit responding and interacting… program quit responding and interacting with other programs. MyPC Utilities cleaned up my computer, made sure all updates had been installed, worked with me to find the problem with my program, and they fixed it. I had been working for days to do it myself including uninstalling and reinstalling the program, rebooting, etc. Just thankful to have my computer working properly again, and it seems faster and more responsive.

Email Conundrum I ran into a serious problem with my email making me reset my password every time I accessed it. I really didn't know how to explain it very well, but John picked right up on it and very patiently resolved the problem. It took quite a bit of time, but he got everything fixed and showed me a better way of accessing my email to avoid a recurrence of the problem. Invaluable help for a techno-challenged user!

Totally Worth It "IT" support I got this to fix an error code and ended up being so happy to get advanced support for a little more - totally worth it. Only transferred ONCE, tech support was extremely adept and found multiple issues including a Trojan that slipped past my Avast. They fixed everything and I have months of support all in one place. Couldn't be more pleased.

Thank You all at MyPC Utilities Thank You all at MyPC Utilities. I had a problem with opening Outlook files which I could not fix on my own. Contacted MyPC Utilities on their website and Charles initially discovered that our PC had issues that required additional support and he forwarded me to John who found the problems and restored my PC to working order. I am an 80-year-old who had no concept re issues but am totally impressed with the service, understanding and respect (as well as patience) they had with me. Thank You

A technician named Robert went through… A technician named Robert went through the installation process as is standard procecure. He inquired as to other problems I might be experiencing and I told him about a stubborn error code that kept cropping up, and with what seemed to be a magic wand, he fixed it and we were on our way. I am really grateful for his labor. Thanks.
