Totally Worth It "IT" support I got this to fix an error code and ended up being so happy to get advanced support for a little more - totally worth it. Only transferred ONCE, tech support was extremely adept and found multiple issues including a Trojan that slipped past my Avast. They fixed everything and I have months of support all in one place. Email Conundrum I ran into a serious problem with my email making me reset my password every time I accessed it. I really didn't know how to explain it very well, but John picked right up on it and very patiently resolved the problem. It took quite a bit of time, but he got everything fixed and showed me a better way of accessing my email to avoid a recurrence of the problem. Invaluable help for a techno-challenged user!
