I am very satisfied, Before they charged me anything or performed any service, they asked my permission and explained all they were doing and how long it would take. I did not five stars because they will take care my future problems. I have not experience with my future problem, however, I have every reason to believe that My PC Utilities service will be Excellent.

GBA technician named Robert went through… A technician named Robert went through the installation process as is standard procecure. He inquired as to other problems I might be experiencing and I told him about a stubborn error code that kept cropping up, and with what seemed to be a magic wand, he fixed it and we were on our way. GBTotally Worth It "IT" support I got this to fix an error code and ended up being so happy to get advanced support for a little more - totally worth it. Only transferred ONCE, tech support was extremely adept and found multiple issues including a Trojan that slipped past my Avast. They fixed everything and I have months of support all in one place. Couldn't be more pleased.

GBI chatted with 3 different people… Each person that I chatted with was very polite and took the time to explain what they were going to do ahead of time and then afterwards explained what the problem was. Since I am not computer literate, they did not make me feel dumb or inferior but treated me with utmost respect. They were able to fix the problem and also installed an icon so that if I ever have any future issues I can quickly reach them.

Contacted MyPC Utilities on their website and Charles initially discovered that our PC had issues that required additional support and he forwarded me to John who found the problems and restored my PC to working order. I am an 80-year-old who had no concept re issues but am totally impressed with the service, understanding and respect (as well as patience) they had with me. Thank You
