Great video platform Doxyme is by far, one of the best video platforms I have used. I have been using them for many years now. It's very easy to navigate both for the clinician, as well as the clients. I have not had any issues with the platform. I strongly recommend it to any practitioner who needs a well developed video platform for their clients or patients.

All the needed features! Yesterday a patient appeared in the virtual waiting room one hour early. It was easy to use the chat feature to reschedule quickly, taking only a few seconds from the session in progress that was wrapping up anyway. Doxy.me is user-friendly for patients on any phone or computer, with no downloads or codes. I can see who's in the waiting room. If I can't reply in real time, and can reach them later since I've seen that they had a problem.

User friendly for both therapist and client but sometimes glitches Doxy is pretty user friendly to use for both the therapist and the patient, and it offers a lot of helpful things such as letting you know when you or the other person's connection is low or giving you an option to chat with someone in the waiting room while you're on the video with someone else. However, it does sometimes glitch randomly and have times where it will take a long time for you or the person you're meeting with to connect.
