Great video platform Doxyme is by far, one of the best video platforms I have used. I have been using them for many years now. It's very easy to navigate both for the clinician, as well as the clients. I have not had any issues with the platform. I strongly recommend it to any practitioner who needs a well developed video platform for their clients or patients.

Easy to use Easy to use; the free version is a great offering, especially for us solo providers. Most patients can use with ease. Those over 60yo usually need help walking through the steps, but are pleased.

Be the BEST with Doxy.me Doxy.me allows me to provide services anywhere with clear video and audio without my clients downloading any apps. Having purchased services, I can also share documents and meet with more than one person at a time for group sessions when needed. I can also send reminders to my clients if needed. This is an awesome service to use for virtual services without limiting time for each session.

All the needed features! Yesterday a patient appeared in the virtual waiting room one hour early. It was easy to use the chat feature to reschedule quickly, taking only a few seconds from the session in progress that was wrapping up anyway. Doxy.me is user-friendly for patients on any phone or computer, with no downloads or codes. I can see who's in the waiting room. If I can't reply in real time, and can reach them later since I've seen that they had a problem.
