GBCustomer support is excellent Customer support is excellent - always fast, proactive and followed up. The complete service isn't cheap, but if you're serious about business, you'll know that paying good money means you enable good systems. I have been with Uscreen for over 3 years. Sure there are possible improvements, but they have the fundamentals right and keep developing. So I can focus entirely on making the right videos, and grow, with a team I feel is behind me and trying to make me succeed.

GBSolid product, good community and they make you feel like family. PROS: Product works well. It takes away all the tech work from building a membership site I can focus on my content. Customer support is top! It feels like a family and I feel very supported even if I know I'm not their biggest client. They are listening to their users and their community. They are always engaging with us. I am also able to connect w/ other like minded members. CONS: Analytics in terms of where I got sign ups from (google, instagram etc) are hard to come by. Google Analytics integration could be more seamless and have someone to help us with making sure it was done right. Right now when I go live, the URL doesn't save and I have to create a completely different piece of content for the "recorded video" Overall I'm very happy w/ my uscreen experience. I transferred from creating my own site w/ a LOT of custom wordpress add ons to uscreen. It has been a solid product. They are always listening to their members and I feel very supported.

GBThe Best Premium Video on Demand Services Uscreen has an intuitive user-interface, making it a breeze to set up any video on demand service. Add to it, their world-class customer support when you get stuck, Uscreen certainly sets themselves apart from other similar services. Uscreen's customer service is second to none and they also have OTT options, so I'm able to distribute my VOD through a number of apps and marketplaces. My one hang-up is that since users pay for access, I'd like to see Uscreen taking no cut of the earnings. It just seems like double-dipping when account holders are already paying for a monthly/yearly subscription and Uscreen pulls a service fee and a $0.10 per subscriber fee every month. Overall, Uscreen has excellent options for monetizing my video content and grow my brand. Five well-earned stars.

GBConstant spam emails I have never signed up or used Uscreen but I've been getting constant emails from multiple different Uscreen accounts, saying my subscription hasn't gone through. Stop emailing me spam! I've never used your service.

GBUScreen a knockout for PROGRESS Wrestling The onboarding process was straightforward but made so much easier by the onboarding team led by Carmen Salazar, and continued by Natalie Witt as Customer Success Manager. Our past provider PivotShare had become a defunct product with near zero customer support, no transparency on subscriber data and unhelpful beyond belief. UScreen could not be be more different and a breath of fresh air. Subscriber data and activity is very clear, and the viewer experience is very good.
