Sam Kim worked with us VERY patiently, and he was able to grasp the complications of our various situations and make appropriate adjustments. We can hold almost all of our information in one place and many of the features allow our school to run much more efficiently. The customer service is also amazing. Anytime we have had a problem or are looking for a new way to adapt Curacubby to meet our needs, they have always found ways to help us and in n a timely manner. Curacubby is an excellent way to manage team/family registration for your business Curacubby is an excellent way to manage registrations for your business. The customer service is TOP NOTCH in trouble shooting and helping out when there are questions regarding sign ups, financial issues, etc. Olivia in particular goes above and beyond in her responsiveness and problem solving. There is a real personal touch to all of the customer help we have needed. My only suggestion would be notifications when registered families payments fail. We do not know when those fail and would appreciate admin notifications when that happens.
