The customer service is TOP NOTCH in trouble shooting and helping out when there are questions regarding sign ups, financial issues, etc. Olivia in particular goes above and beyond in her responsiveness and problem solving. There is a real personal touch to all of the customer help we have needed. My only suggestion would be notifications when registered families payments fail. We do not know when those fail and would appreciate admin notifications when that happens.

Great product, great support team! Our school had started to work with Curacubby at the beginning of the COVID shutdown as we needed to provide an opportunity for the school community to submit their tuition payments electronically. 21st Century Tech & Support! We have grown with Curacubby through the years, as one of their 2019 adopters. They got back to me and did some troubleshooting until the account was made. Not only did they give me the necessary steps in creating an account but they also followed up to ensure all was well.
