Easy Billing, enrolling, and attendance tracking The CDU Department in our school district has used Curacubby for quite a few years and we have been very happy with the service. We use Curacubby for 4 different programs (preschools, private pay afterschool programs, ELOP attendance tracking, and adult education). Curacubby has streamlined our billing and has digitalized our enrollment process which also means that we have cut the amount of paper we need to use. While there are kinks now and then, and there can be some limitations, Curacubby's customer service team is wonderful and always provides quick solutions/alternatives, or will even change the software to meet our needs.

21st Century Tech & Support! We have grown with Curacubby through the years, as one of their 2019 adopters. As with any platform that's evolving, there have been hiccups that we'e had to address along the way. That said, Curacubby's support has been a consistent presence and it is abundantly clear that they care about both their product and the impact it has on our programs. I can honestly say that Curacubby has helped our after school program come into the 21st century!

Good experience The one on one support from Curacubby project managers is helpful and very in depth. They have been extremely helpful with their beta testing, and they are open to putting in the work and they are very open to making changes on the spot. Their V2 is smoother than V1, but there are still some kinks that come with learning and using it. They are receptive to realtime feedback and have given quick fixes, and have a road map for longer term fixes.

Our experience has been fantastic since we started working with Pelin. She takes the time to listen to all our concerns and tries her best to resolve them to our satisfaction.

We can hold almost all of our information in one place and many of the features allow our school to run much more efficiently. The customer service is also amazing. Anytime we have had a problem or are looking for a new way to adapt Curacubby to meet our needs, they have always found ways to help us and in n a timely manner. I would highly recommend Curacubby to anyone looking for a new back end system for their program.
