21st Century Tech & Support! We have grown with Curacubby through the years, as one of their 2019 adopters. As with any platform that's evolving, there have been hiccups that we'e had to address along the way. That said, Curacubby's support has been a consistent presence and it is abundantly clear that they care about both their product and the impact it has on our programs. I can honestly say that Curacubby has helped our after school program come into the 21st century!

Good experience The one on one support from Curacubby project managers is helpful and very in depth. They have been extremely helpful with their beta testing, and they are open to putting in the work and they are very open to making changes on the spot. Their V2 is smoother than V1, but there are still some kinks that come with learning and using it. They are receptive to realtime feedback and have given quick fixes, and have a road map for longer term fixes.

Great system that both admins and and parent like Curacubby has saved us hours of work that we used to do manually for both invoicing and enrolling. All of our invoices are now automatically sent out on a schedule we created at the beginning of the school year. Creating an enrollment packet is also much easier. Parents have found the entire process (billing and enrolling) to be simple to use and prefer it as well. Customer support is always available and addresses concerns promptly.
