21st Century Tech & Support! We have grown with Curacubby through the years, as one of their 2019 adopters. As with any platform that's evolving, there have been hiccups that we'e had to address along the way. That said, Curacubby's support has been a consistent presence and it is abundantly clear that they care about both their product and the impact it has on our programs. I can honestly say that Curacubby has helped our after school program come into the 21st century!

Curacubby helps us stay organized and… Curacubby helps us stay organized and efficient! Curacubby has been essential in creating a smooth administration for our school. We can hold almost all of our information in one place and many of the features allow our school to run much more efficiently. The customer service is also amazing. Anytime we have had a problem or are looking for a new way to adapt Curacubby to meet our needs, they have always found ways to help us and in n a timely manner. I would highly recommend Curacubby to anyone looking for a new back end system for their program.

Great platform for enrollment and tuition Curacubby has been a great enrollment and tuition platform for our preschool. We have around 100 students total across our campus. Most of the time, the parents find it easy to use for registration and paying tuition. There have been a few glitches here and there that we can't figure out, but overall it has been easy. Owen from the Curacubby Support Team has assisted me a few times with different requests, and each time he is quick to reply and fix any issues, which makes it so helpful when we are getting down to the wire to get things ready for registration. I really appreciate the quick responses, and asking clarifying questions before completing any requests we make. I'm not sure if Clementine is still there, but she is always super helpful with refund requests I submit. Overall, we have greatly benefited from Curacubby, with very few hiccups along the way.

Great system that both admins and and parent like Curacubby has saved us hours of work that we used to do manually for both invoicing and enrolling. All of our invoices are now automatically sent out on a schedule we created at the beginning of the school year. Creating an enrollment packet is also much easier. Parents have found the entire process (billing and enrolling) to be simple to use and prefer it as well. Customer support is always available and addresses concerns promptly.

Great product, great support team! Our school had started to work with Curacubby at the beginning of the COVID shutdown as we needed to provide an opportunity for the school community to submit their tuition payments electronically. We feel very fortunate to have found Curacubby at that time. Not only their product is user friendly for both our customers and us, but the support team is AMAZING in their efforts to provide a timely service regardless of the complexity of the issue. It is such a great feeling to know that we work with professionals who KNOW their product very well, CARE about their customers, and are ALWAYS there if you need them!
