Our school had started to work with Curacubby at the beginning of the COVID shutdown as we needed to provide an opportunity for the school community to submit their tuition payments electronically. We feel very fortunate to have found Curacubby at that time. Not only their product is user friendly for both our customers and us, but the support team is AMAZING in their efforts to provide a timely service regardless of the complexity of the issue. Our experience has been fantastic since we started working with Pelin. She takes the time to listen to all our concerns and tries her best to resolve them to our satisfaction.

There are so many things Curacubby can do, its overwhelming to learn it all, but with their support, all families at my organization are able to sign up for our services and are invoiced every month!

Good experience The one on one support from Curacubby project managers is helpful and very in depth. They have been extremely helpful with their beta testing, and they are open to putting in the work and they are very open to making changes on the spot. Their V2 is smoother than V1, but there are still some kinks that come with learning and using it. They are receptive to realtime feedback and have given quick fixes, and have a road map for longer term fixes.
