Reporting and a few other features could be really granular, but no big misses. The Outplay team are the best bit - super responsive, great support and genuinely good people!

You won't be disappointed once you get it up and running. And they can make that happen very quickly with all the integrations, etc.

Often problems are user errors with inclusion/exclusion filters i have found. Reporting could be more customizable but no big miss to worry about especially if you are like us and dashboard activity from all sources out of CRM and data warehouse anyway, and it logs activity to the correct systems for reporting there perfectly.

best customer experience cannot beat the customer service response times. I have often reached out to clarify an issue or ask for a request and the response time is instant. With other platforms you could be waiting days...

The team is also highly responsive, normally replying within just 3 to 5 minutes if help is needed.
