I loved how much it helped me focus on… I loved how much it helped me focus on training without me being responsible for coming up with my own training plan. It helped me push my self to become faster

Great Running Program!! I have been using Rundot for 5 months and it puts together a customized running routine based on current fitness, abilities and scheduled races with priority designations. It focuses on improving aerobic fitness, muscle endurance and speed threshold. Helping you put in the miles while adapting and avoiding injury. It has changed many aspects of my running routine and structured it well, giving me a better outlook moving forward.

Stayed on after the free trial Completed a free 2 month trial of the Complete membership while preparing for a 10 mile trail race, and paid full price for a third month at Complete. Training-wise, I felt prepared for the trail race in terms of time on my feet, but the time prediction was pretty far off despite uploading a course elevation profile to Run Dot and having a good run that day. I then downgraded to the Lifestyle membership for 5 months as I only had a 5k or 10k on my radar next. I felt well-prepared for my 5k and came close to my predicted time on race day. I remained injury-free, to boot. Would recommend RunDot for road race prep.

Well-planned training based on heart… Well-planned training based on heart rate zones and pace levels have made my heart rate zone 2 pace drop, my speed work faster, and my race planning way easier!
