Not just a random training I love this training app, no more guess work for me of what to do next on my training schedule, it is really personalized to my own abilities which is a game changer as I don’t have to meet a generic expectation of what my performance should be like, very customized to my needs and strength/ endurance

RunDot keep this old lady running!!! RunDot has been an amazing training program for me. At 63, I am able to run injury and pain free AND the program has helped me improve my times. I HIGHLY recommend the program! Staff has been extremely helpful whenever I have had questions about the program or the app functions.

RunDot Helped Me Stay Injury-Free I was an avid recreational runner about a decade ago, but was waylaid by a labral tear and 2 pregnancies. Every time I tried to get back into running over that decade, I ended up in pain and discouraged. Even what I considered to be easy trots would trigger hip pain that radiated down my leg. I tried PT and nothing seemed to help. Things started to turn around when I found pilates and started to strenghten my deep core muscles. I felt ready try running again, but was reluctant due to my previous failures. And then I found RunDot. This program has helped me ease back into running and build my base of fitness injury-free. I have been at it for 3 months now and have already seen an improvement in my 5k time, and was able to finish a very challenging hilly 10k race this month. My hip has never felt better and I've fallen back in love with running.

I could not get on with it I could not get on with this application at all. From the off I found it frustratingly hard to create an account and then to edit it seemed beyond reach. Using the app was simply not intuitive. I had a free trial and I asked for my account to be deleted as it was just so tricky to use.
