GBRunDot Helped Me Stay Injury-Free I was an avid recreational runner about a decade ago, but was waylaid by a labral tear and 2 pregnancies. Every time I tried to get back into running over that decade, I ended up in pain and discouraged. Even what I considered to be easy trots would trigger hip pain that radiated down my leg.
