GBStayed on after the free trial Completed a free 2 month trial of the Complete membership while preparing for a 10 mile trail race, and paid full price for a third month at Complete. Training-wise, I felt prepared for the trail race in terms of time on my feet, but the time prediction was pretty far off despite uploading a course elevation profile to Run Dot and having a good run that day. I then downgraded to the Lifestyle membership for 5 months as I only had a 5k or 10k on my radar next. I felt well-prepared for my 5k and came close to my predicted time on race day. I remained injury-free, to boot. Would recommend RunDot for road race prep.

GBI loved how much it helped me focus on… I loved how much it helped me focus on training without me being responsible for coming up with my own training plan. It helped me push my self to become faster

GBWell-planned training based on heart… Well-planned training based on heart rate zones and pace levels have made my heart rate zone 2 pace drop, my speed work faster, and my race planning way easier!

GBRunDot keep this old lady running!!! RunDot has been an amazing training program for me. At 63, I am able to run injury and pain free AND the program has helped me improve my times. I HIGHLY recommend the program! Staff has been extremely helpful whenever I have had questions about the program or the app functions.

GBRunDot Helped Me Stay Injury-Free I was an avid recreational runner about a decade ago, but was waylaid by a labral tear and 2 pregnancies. Every time I tried to get back into running over that decade, I ended up in pain and discouraged. Even what I considered to be easy trots would trigger hip pain that radiated down my leg. I tried PT and nothing seemed to help. Things started to turn around when I found pilates and started to strenghten my deep core muscles. I felt ready try running again, but was reluctant due to my previous failures. And then I found RunDot. This program has helped me ease back into running and build my base of fitness injury-free. I have been at it for 3 months now and have already seen an improvement in my 5k time, and was able to finish a very challenging hilly 10k race this month. My hip has never felt better and I've fallen back in love with running.
