RunDot made me love running again I have been a recreational runner for about 8 years, with the usual ups and downs and a love hate relationship and a couple injuries in between. Having received a recommendation for RunDot from 2 trusted friends, I gave it a try and haven't looked back since. It's helped me be consistent again with my running - injury free and reaping the benefits of that consistency with improved paces and more comfortable with longer distances. Love it!

Great Running Program!! I have been using Rundot for 5 months and it puts together a customized running routine based on current fitness, abilities and scheduled races with priority designations. It focuses on improving aerobic fitness, muscle endurance and speed threshold. Helping you put in the miles while adapting and avoiding injury. It has changed many aspects of my running routine and structured it well, giving me a better outlook moving forward.
