GBRunDot Helped Me Stay Injury-Free I was an avid recreational runner about a decade ago, but was waylaid by a labral tear and 2 pregnancies. Every time I tried to get back into running over that decade, I ended up in pain and discouraged. Even what I considered to be easy trots would trigger hip pain that radiated down my leg. I tried PT and nothing seemed to help. Things started to turn around when I found pilates and started to strenghten my deep core muscles. I felt ready try running again, but was reluctant due to my previous failures. And then I found RunDot. This program has helped me ease back into running and build my base of fitness injury-free. I have been at it for 3 months now and have already seen an improvement in my 5k time, and was able to finish a very challenging hilly 10k race this month. My hip has never felt better and I've fallen back in love with running.
