GBStayed on after the free trial Completed a free 2 month trial of the Complete membership while preparing for a 10 mile trail race, and paid full price for a third month at Complete. Training-wise, I felt prepared for the trail race in terms of time on my feet, but the time prediction was pretty far off despite uploading a course elevation profile to Run Dot and having a good run that day. I then downgraded to the Lifestyle membership for 5 months as I only had a 5k or 10k on my radar next. I felt well-prepared for my 5k and came close to my predicted time on race day. I remained injury-free, to boot. Would recommend RunDot for road race prep.
