You are placed on hold for extended excessive periods of time without anyone ever coming on the line then you are routed to a voicemail to have to leave a message regardless of when you call day or night weekdays or weekends it doesn’t matter it’s always the same result. The odds of you actually getting to speak to a human being are probably greater than winning the lottery.. it’s that bad, and I am not exaggerating this point. Extremely disappointed with customer service. If that’s what you call it it is absolutely nonexistent.
